Looks like they fed it through the die-cutter upside down. Can't say I've ever seen that before, but doubt it's worth more than a couple bucks as a novelty for a Favre collector.
Correctly cut...

After looking at other examples of Crown Royale sales on ebay of Brett Favre, I think it's worth about $4 and you would be lucky if you could get $10. JMO.

Cool miscut.
mlbfan2 gave the best advice: put it on ebay with a high BIN, expect it to sit awhile, and let the offers come in until you like one. There is a Favre collector that will want this.

I have been researching this for almost 2 months now, also I have gone to local sports collectors stores to ask if they know anything about this error. Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated!! drinks on me for any leads!!
What is the year and card number?
Also, wondering why it's an error card. What is the error?
1996 Pacific Crown Royale Brett Favre #CR-54
I think it could be worth pretty good money. It's a very unusual error (as far as I can tell), and it's Brett Favre. You can definitely get $10 for it, because I'd give you $10 for it right now.
If it were mine, I'd put it on ebay with an opening bid of $100 and see if I got any bids or interest.
@TheMick @LarkinCollector @mlbfan2 . Thanks for your input! its the same answers that I got from a couple store owners here in San Diego. 1) probably get less than 20$, 2) hard to put a value since there is no other out there, 3) "its not a big deal" its just a mistake....
Should I try to contact Beckett for something like this?
I don't think Beckett would do anything with a miscut.
@LarkinCollector Who would you recommend for me to get some near to concrete answers about this card? Auctioneers maybe?
Unless you can find an ex-Pacific employee from that timeframe, the card being fed through the die-cut machine upside down is as concrete as you'll get.
You think it would make it more valuable with error, like coins ..plus there's only one..But then it would stir the pot for all other defects
as a dedicated favre collector i am not sure how much interest you will get. i am sure some one will bid.

I have a Barry Sanders card that has the wrong foil on the front with another name. I don't call it an "Error" card, I call it a mistake. I like cards like this because they are oddities but they don't command any real premium that I have seen. It's not a Thomas NNOF.
