Welcome aboard! It is becoming less and less common to find these early copper clad coins in change. Yours appears to be in a slightly better condition than many, but probably not worth more than 10 cents.

Hard to believe this dated coin is 50 years old. Boy is it time for an overhaul in the design of American coinage! And Roosevelt dimes are the youngest circulating series (starting in 1946!)
I dont count the Kennedys and Sac dollars.

Now just go back a couple of years and you'll get silver which is always fun to find.

    Welcome aboard.

Your dime is pretty typical for the date. It is a little better than average. Dimes circulate much more slowly than quarters so little higher grades like this are not unusual. The coin was struck by old dies which is common for the date. Most of its wear is from handling by machines which is slightly unusual.

You can find a better one in about ten or twelve rolls of dimes.
