No special way to submit. If it's a high end 8, the card will speak for itself.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Be prepared for around 3 submissions just in case. One to bump..wait a few months.send in for a bump again...if still nothing and you are confident it should be bumped--crack out and submit raw. From there if minsize or N5 come into play just rinse and repeat until holdered GL
