What is the technical grade for this card?

Just picked up a beautifully centered 1953 Topps Yogi Berra.
Good news is corners are EX/MT and there are no creases. Color is bright and looks terrific.
Bad news and I've never ever seen this before. The card has at least 3 vertical lines embedded into the card. Not wrinkles/creases but it looks like maybe plastic case or holder dug into the card and created indented "lines" into the surface of the card.
Would the card still be slabbed? Any thoughts as to what it might technically grade?

The technical grade for the card is "RAW". LOL
I feel confident the card would get slabbed if you sent it in. My first impression is a 5, but take that with a grain of salt because I've mostly collected modern up until recently. Either way, the appeal of the card is great so enjoy!
I was going to say 5 also. But I have a sinking feeling it may only be a 3 or 4.
Tremendous card. Whatever grade it gets it should have an additional .5

If you plan on selling, and get one of the guys who buys the card not the holder, the grade wont matter! I'd say give it a shot, worst case you have the best "3" on the planet!
BLAZER!
