How do I...see My Inventory?

in U.S. Coin Forum

This new program is going against my grain. How do I see My Inventory? I can work around the registry and showcases ok, but my coins do not show up in My Inventory. Here is a screen capture.

    I go to 'set registry'
    then hover over 'my set registry"
    then click 'my inventory' in the drop down menu.

    perhaps you have no inventory :smile:

    1. Does your inventory show up at all after waiting up to 1 minute?
    2. Do you happen to know how many inventory items you have total?
    3. Does a loading spinner show up initially and then disappear or never shows up at all?

    Can you provide me with some more information so that we can identify this issue.
    1.Does your inventory show up at all after waiting up to 1 minute?     No.
    2.Do you happen to know how many inventory items you have total? Active Inventory Total 100 Unassigned 17 Unmatched 6_
    3.Does a loading spinner show up initially and then disappear or never shows up at all?_ No spinner...I am on a desktop computer if that makes a difference.

    Does it happen every time you try and go to your inventory?
    Have you tried logging out and back in before trying again?

    Yes, even cleared my cache, restarted the computer and I am about ready to drink from the far side of the glass...if it will help.

    In the upper right corner below "my active inventory" should be a box that says "with" or "without pictures". It has gotten me before...just sayin'...good luck...

    What version of Windows and Internet Explorer are you using?

    Can you do me a favor and follow these steps:
    1. Go to your inventory again and right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect Element".
    2. A window will appear at the bottom of the screen with tabs along the top of it. Select "Console".
    3. Refresh the page and send a screenshot of any output in that window.

    Thanks for doing that. I was hoping there would be something... :'( My only other suggestion would be to try a different browser. Obviously that shouldn't be required long term but if it works on Chrome or Firefox we might be better able to better trace an issue with Internet Explorer (if that's the case).

    I use Internet Explorer on my lap top and Chrome on my desk top and it works on both....if that helps.

    FWIW, After reading your dilemma I just went into my inventory for the first time and got the spinning wheel but no inventory list. I then went to the normal viewing of sets within my category of the set registry, found my set and hit 'edit' (once I had signed in) and I had to agree to changes in the rules. Seems like there are many updates lately.
    Once I did that then I then re-checked my inventory; and magically there it was.

    I have a desk top with windows 10 - 64 bit. I tried it on both Chrome and Explorer, and I was able to bring up my inventory on both browsers. I had agreed to the new rules before trying.

    Just did it now but I did it on Windows 8 (work) machine, using IE

    It is more than likely my browser at work, again. It used to bring up everything, now it is hit & miss. At least I can pull it up at the house.

    It turns out that the security settings are set too high on Gov't computer systems. The old program was fine, but the new program has some areas that are not trusted by Uncle Sam. Some coin sites have all of thier content blocked, like Charmy's (thepennylady.com)...Rick Snow's (indiancent.com) is ok...for now.
