Does anyone have subscription access to a card sale price lookup tool? If so, can you let me know what realized prices for 1960 Hemmets Journal #23 Cassius Clay Hand Cut PSA 6 are? If no records in this particular grade, any sales history would be appreciated.

    The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

    Thanks. I thought the ask price for the one up on eBay seemed extraordinarily high.

    A PSA 8 of that one sold for $3,605 in December. I didn't have that much disposable card budget to spend on it during the auction but I think the buyer got a decent deal on that one whoever he is, investment-wise.

    I think that 6 is pretty nice, doesn't have the water-mark that is often left of his head. It could have been cut better so that left/right/top match more evenly, but that's something I can fix. :)
