I have a 2012 S American Silver Eagle. It's PCGS certified with under 521933 but when I look it up it shows up as a FS but not listed as a Mercanti signature. I contacted PCGS twice but still have not received a response. Has anyone else encountered a similiar problem ?

If you look up that coin number in PCGS Coin Facts it is listed as:
2012-S $1 Silver Eagle 75th Anniversary SF Mint Set First Strike-Mercanti, DC PR (#521933)
