There are various size dimensions of supersize holders and items that would be inside them. Some will fit in a CSIV. Some in a CSIII. Some will fit in the really large size of top loader. Sometimes when I send in something like a strip-shape panel, I will put it inside two CSI's, where one side goes in like normal, and then for the other side I cut one long side off w/ scissors as well as cut off the tab where the CS logo is, and then the top of the 2nd CSI that goes over the other end of the panel slides part way into the first CSI so you sort of plug them into each other.

I've put some big boys in a modern comic book bag/board, trimmed the board length down to suit and folded the bag over, cut excess and taped down. Tape that down to a piece of cardboard about 1" larger around all edges, then sandwich another piece of same-sized cardboard on the top. PSA has accepted my cards submitted this way.
