Wayne Homren, Joel Orosz, Len Augsburger, Ken Bressett, and I are trying to compile a census/pedigree of The Fantastic 1804 Dollar Bound Page Proofs. There were about 40 made, and there is a way to differentiate them from the regular issues. In the Bound Page Proofs, there is no picture of the King of Siam Set. Also, in the Bund Page a Proofs, there is a chapter called The Diplomatix Gift Delusion. You can find more differences on the Newman Numismatic Portal issue of The Asylum in Summer 2001.
