1971 72 Bobby Clarke grading question

What would the grading gurus out there think this would be graded thanks for the help

I don't see it going any higher than PSA EX 5. Is that a surface wrinkle on the reverse lower left? Can't tell.

PSA 4 -5 because of centering corners surface, just curious

Crease on the back, if real, is a deathblow.

If no crease, I'd say it's a 6 from corner wear.
