A major CAM/DCAM set is up for auction by Heritage - Whose collection is it?

I received a PCGS registry email yesterday telling me about coins to upgrade my set in an upcoming Heritage auction ending February 16-19. The auction includes some absolutely incredible proof cameo and deep cameo coins from the 1950-70 era that I collect.
Does anyone know if this is a major set being sold, or just a consignment of a bunch of nice coins?
For the first time ever, the PCGS email telling me of the opportunity to upgrade my set included 50 coins with a note at the bottom, that there are more, but they can only include 50 in the email. These are the ones listed in my email:

I see a couple "nice to have" coins but, my collection has very few proof coins.
