Nice error! Although it's probably too early in the morning for me, but I see 2 clips and 2 Blackesley effects.

Stash, the top arrow points to a Blackesley effect from the clip opposite of it under the date. The second arrow above CEN looks like it might be the third clip.

When I receive the coin, I'll take some closeups of the clips .
I think the 2 small ones are called " DisK Clips " ..

Thanks to this post I've learned two terms I was unfamiliar with previously.

It did turn out to be a Quad. I retook images of the two disk clips on the Obverse & Reverse .
Also, new full shots too ..
