Question for a PCGS currency grading expert

Hello there!
I have a 1928-F (Fr. 1507) note that is truly a gem with nice paper, perfect centering on the front, ect.
If the note would grade a MS-68 after taking everything into consideration, how would that starting grade be affected if the last thing evaluated was the alignment between the front and back images, when they are off-center and not in perfect alignment?
How much of a factor when dealing with an otherwise superb gem note does face to back registration play?
Thank you!
David

Registration is super important for grades 66 and above.
... many thanks for your thoughts, and I look forward to any other expert opinions!
