Can't find Martin Logies book on 1794 Dollars

I checked in all the usual places. Any suggestions on where I can find a copy?

Charles Davis has a copy of this Martin Logies book on 1794 Dollars in an upcoming Numismatic Literature auction sale. This book was printed in at least three different printings, and despite this the book is very difficult to locate. Thus the the price might very well run (HIGH) in the auction of the Michael Sullivan Collection. The website address is:

    http://www.numisbook.com/

You can download the catalog and view it online, or print it.

Charles is great to do business with. I've known and done business with him for over 25 years.

    Good luck.

Charlie Davis is a gem of a dealer, and very knowledgeable. I have turned to him for obscure information on several occasions, and he was able to answer my questions (and other dealers couldn't!). If you really want that book, place a bid, and be prepared to revise it upwards just before bidding closes (call him to do this).

    Yes, I recommend Charles Davis.

While this book is exceptional, one of the reasons why this book is in demand is because Logies is the director and the curator of the Cardinal Collection Educational Foundation, which had a phenomenal collection of large cents and has owned other great coins. Logies is also responsible for other publications and numismatic educational activities.
