i just recently bought a pack of cards from my local dealer..... well the company is Fleer...anyway i got a todd helton GU bat and the bat is all shredded like and has splinters comming out everywhere. could i send it back to the company and hope they can fix it or help me out? please let me know your opinions

Yes you could get a replacement....and especially with Fleer...they are nice about that kind of stuff
