Detroit Red Wings autographed pennant team signed Stanley Cup year?

First time poster. I usually deal in military antiques but I came across this.... Can anyone tell me if these signatures look legit, what year this is from and what it might be worth? Thanks.

This is from the 1997-98 team, not the 1996-97 team. Yes, the autos are legit.

Great. Thanks for that info miwlvrn. I'm thinking of ebaying it now that I know the year. Any suggestion on other places that I might be able to get top dollar for it?
