Grading submission question

So, I am submitting a 50 card lot for grading under the monthly special # 1. I have never submitted a lot this large before. When I printed out the online submission form that you mail in with the cards the sheet only showed the names of 40 of the cards, but indicated it was a 50 card submission. Do the online submission forms only print out a maximum of 40 lines and the rest of the cards are in the system but not printed?
On the hunt high grade Star Basketball.

Odd, are some multiples of the same card? Maybe a page was missing from the printer?
Oh yes. I think that is it. Multiples of the same card is probably right. I will double check when I get home, but there probably were about 10 cards that were duplicates or multiples of the same. Thanks!
Lol. He beat me to it. I did the same thing on my last sub. Is was 42 cards but there were 8 doubles. Took me way to long to figure out.
