PSA Set Composition 1966 Topps Master

Looking at the weight of each card seems correct except for two. Terry Fox is weighted 4, Julian Javier is weighted 3.5. Most HOF'ers are weighted 3. Neither card is a short print or error.

Anybody know why this is or is it a typo?

I was one of 3 people that did a ton of VCP research into the actual pricing of this set in PSA 8 . We tossed out a sole high final figures , if it were abnormally high and tossed a sole low ball figure , if it were abnormally low . All the sales were then averaged , for each card . The difference in weights went up for some ( # 544 was one that came to mind ) from their previous weight of " 1 " to their current weight based on actual sales , and down for others .

I remember very well that the total weight of the set , changed only very slightly from the originally weighted set total .

The long and short of it , for your particular cards in question , the weights were determined solely on sales , which were driven by supply and demand .
