USPS Delivery Question - ANSWERED, thanks!

I overnighted a submission on Wednesday. It should be delivered by Thursday at 3:00PM. As you can see, they have updated the status to "Available for pickup". Is Delivery synonymous with Awaiting Pickup? Or should I head to the post office and get refunded?

It's in PCGS's pickup box at their PO. PCGS may not log it in today though. No refund.

The post office has done their job. No refund here unless from PCGS for failing to pick up the package!
Ah, okay. Thanks for the response. I've never seen a submission go into that status - it looked liked a 'loophole' for USPS to renege on their guarantee, but I see now.

If a signature is required it will state available for pickup at a PO Box or notice left if a delivery attempt was made at a regular address.
Ive even had registered picked up but never recorded into the system. Likely PCGS did not go get the package yet.
I imagine their "pickup box" is a dedicated vault at the PO. I'll have to ask the clerk at the PO what I'd have to do to open a box with sufficient security to handle 20 cubic feet of stuff (really wild guess) valued at $2,000,000 (not as wild of a guess) coming through each day. On second thought, maybe I'll let someone else ask theirs.

USPS has come up with one that I recently noticed: "In Transit to Destination".
Sounds like a "catch all" for when a postal station does not have scanners to accept or annotate departure of the package.
