PSA SUB SPECIAL # 2- VINTAGE- subbers needed

My group has 21 cards for pre-56 - minimum is 25
Anyone have 4 they'd like to sub ?

    Special is for cards declared at under $100 each. What if you have cards that are worth, say, $200? Can you declare them at $99 each? What does this mean anyway? Is that PSA's liability if they are lost? Does it affect what grade a card may get? I have 2-3 cards I'd consider subbing but the regular rate is $18/card.
