Sheet Cut Card Grading Question

When submitting a card for grading to PSA, if the card is "sheet cut," assuming PSA caught this, would it come back with an alerted "trimmed" designation? Min size? In the case of asking for a min grade for a specific card, if sheet cut, would it come back with a "mid grade" designation?
