They should just put Alabama in the NFC South Division. Where they belong.

I expect Ohio State to be much improved next year. But then again so will some of their competition.

They're losing a lot of good players this season. Samuel, brown, hooker, McMillan, and Conley are all going to the NFL early.

Bovada just has unveiled its odds for the 2018 national champion. Even though it fell in dramatic fashion to the Tigers Monday night, Alabama unsurprisingly tops the list at 4/1. Alabama is followed by Florida State at 7/1, Ohio State at 15/2 and Michigan, Oklahoma and USC at 12/1.

Clemson, which loses quarterback Deshaun Watson and a number of other high-profile contributors, comes in at 16/1, tied with ACC foe Louisville.

Other odds of note include Texas, under first-year head coach Tom Herman, at 28/1. Also, Penn State, despite winning the Big Ten title and returning most of its top talent, is down the list a bit at 33/1.

That's two good games to start with, Mark. I think Bama and Michigan win.

Our game against FSU will feature Najee Harris and Cam Akers, the #1 and #2 running backs out of high school this year.
Najee at Bama, Cam at FSU.

I'm all too familiar with Najee Harris. He was undecided between Michigan and Alabama. It would have been the second year in a row that Michigan got the number one player in the country. You got a good one.

OSU vs Oklahoma is week two

IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

Is MN fourth in that poll? Or did they slight them and make them 5th or 6th. It will be the Golden Gophers year after their big wins this year. :)

They beat Washington State... a team you said recently was very good ;)

Watch out for the Gophers. They landed a good coach with some decent hires.

I was obviously wrong since Wazzu lost to a horrible team in a meaningless bowl game with 10 people in the stands. Just a guess on the attendance.

    As usual.

I guess that makes Stanford really horrible, because they got slaughtered by a horrible Washington State team lol.

Didn't those precious Gophers also just lose 6 recruits with the hire of this new fangled coach and good hires?

Just the opposite. 6 Western Michigan recruits defected to Minnesota.
