Card from my youth I always wanted but never got...until now

Always wanted one of these. There are some raw ones for sale a bit cheaper than what I paid, but I though this one was worth a bit of a premium. I must have spent 3x this in 1990 trying to pull one.
Couple of links I found when I was reminiscing...
What a difference 13.5 years makes. For 250 of them at the hammer price, that's about $7.50 a card. Get them graded and turned around, that's a nice potential profit.
Also, when are we going to stop with the gimmick cards, asks the 1990 Chicago Tribune?

Thanks for posting. I totally forgot about this insert. I have case of 1990 Pro Set that I purchased directly and has been sitting at my parents house for the past 27 years until I finally just picked up helping them clear out stuff.
i remember ripping to chase this thing. it was like the first thing I ever chased. great memories. never found one.
One of the first major chase cards!!
I also found an article that mentioned they paid a professional calligrapher for the hand numbering. Each card cost $12 to produce.
