1986 Fleer have been tanking big time lately.

I love this set and have been upgrading to all PSA 9 recently. I picked up a Ewing for $125 and an Isiah Thomas for $125 both in PSA 9. I can't remember when they were so cheap. Quite a drop from this summer's insanity.

Honestly that's not too far off looking at VCP they were selling for $150-$200 over the summer

The 10's have tanked big time 50% or more across the board.

There are so many 10's of each card, I think the market is at supply over demand. I posted awhile back about the popularity of a "high-end" 10 and most people just felt like a 10 is a 10. Right after that, PWCC started stating that they were selling "high end" 10's. I think that might take hold and could be the next dynamic of the set registry/investment community. There are a ton of 10's that very questionable centering. The other day someone had listed a bunch of 1987 fleer basketball 10's. The Bill laimbeer card (and another one that I don't remember off hand) had what looked like 75/25 centering left to right. I think at this point, most people would prefer 10's with nearly perfect centering. This might not have been the case 5 years ago.

Work hard and you will succeed!!
