Need Help Identifying an Chicago Cubs Old Style Card

The first card pictured is the card I need your help with. It is not the 1992 Old Style Ron Santo version (I pictured that card at the bottom of the thread)
Does anyone have any idea what year this card was made? I can't find any information about this card or one similiar. I need to get this reholdered and classified correctly.

It is 1995, based on this card I found on Fergie.
I definitely could be, and most likely am, wrong about this, as this is just a thought. But maybe Old Style produced more than 1 type of Santo card in 1992. Like I said, just a thought. Anyways, good luck.
There also appears to be a 1999 version too
That top one is from the 1995 Old Style set, I believe it was a stadium giveaway as well.
Thank you guys for your help. I have the 1999 old style. I will try to get PSA to reholder it with the correct flip using the mechanical error process.
