1990 Tetley/ Superstars Disc/Panel question

Pop report has them grading complete panels as two disc's I think? Does anyone have
a complete panel graded so I can save my time and effort in sending these in to get rejected due to
lack of product information. This is what the complete panels look like.

    Ok found the answer a complete panel does include the ad card if anyone cared..
