Renewed Membership No voucher?

Renewed my Gold membership however no voucher was included in the package? Has anything changed or did they not put it in the package?

Over the past year the quality control here is gone very down hill, multiple submissions with errors such as no photos, wrong labels, etc. probably taking a break for a while after my current membership expires and I get my 4 gradings complete.

Wish they had a direct line for somebody to talk to instead of the very poor quality customer service

    Grading certs are now electronic, attached to your account number (which you enter on your grading form).

    I do agree with your assertion that PCGS has been making a few more errors of late. I just received back from grading 3 (world) coins of the same type. One was positioned incorrectly in the holder (as though done by a trainee) while the other 2 were positioned correctly. I can understand the mistake, but the design element is supposed to be at a 45 degree angle, not vertical.

    There have also been administrative errors.

    My renewal package was the same, I've been meaning to call and ask but have not yet done so.
