What does PSA need for Provenance ?

Will a letter from the auction company stating that it is from the estate of the deceased be enough for PSA to list it on a flip as provenance from that estate ??

Every email I've ever sent to info@psacard has been ignored.
Interesting. They have always responded to my inquiries.
I emailed PSA a question about their ticket grading services months ago and never received a response, so I went with SGC.
