Air Force squadron needs $2 notes for pilots who solo the U2 spy plane

I got the following email from an air force pilot. If you can help, let me know and I'll give you his contact information.

Sir,

I am in a unique squadron in the US Air Force and we have a tradition of carrying $2 bills that have a serial number that coincides with the order in which we solo fly the U2 spy plane. It has always been the last digits of the serial number and It has not been an issue getting them until recently. We just had our 1000 solo and adding the 4th digit has made things a bit challenging for 1000, 1001, 1002, etc. Is there a way that you could helps us, or maybe a contact you have that could help us start getting some 2 dollar bills that have the last 4 digits of the serial number starting at 1000 and going up?
