Population figures rising on China coins?

I've been seeing quite a lot of Chinese coins showing up on the shared orders page like this: https://www.pcgs.com/Membership/sharedorder.aspx?OrderNo=21151161&Year=2016&Month=12

The Chinese dollar from certain years was expensive in Unc.; when will the prices drop in line with population increases?

I would assume the prices will drop when the increased population satisfies the demand.
