Trouble accessing price guide on mobile browser

Is anyone else having trouble with the price guide? I keep getting "access to www.pcgs.com was denied" you don't have authorization to view this page HTTP ERROR 403. This is only on mobile browsers (any mobile browser) and regardless of what ISP I'm connected to or what device I'm using. For some reason in particular, it seems to mostly do it when trying to access Liberty Seated Halves, but isn't limited only to that.
