Turnaround Time for Guarantee Resubmission?

Does anyone know what the expected turnaround time for a Guarantee Resubmission is supposed to be? It's been just under 3 months for one of my coins.

I knew it would happen.

    The published turnaround time for Guarantee Resubmission is 60 business days. This is from the submission form.

    I have been waiting over 3 months though was told it was expedited. I hear some have been waiting over six months.

    I submitted a coin to PCGS at the Houston show on 12/3 and got it back on 12/12. Handing it to them on the spot helped but 3 months is a long wait. I have called PCGS and they were helpful on other issues in the past.
