Help identifying

Any one have any idea what this is? I came across a whole Chargers team set of them. They are perforated and blank backed.

Although I've never played is that some type of Strat-O-matic card?

I've never played either. However none of the pictures I've seen from stray-o-magic show the cards like this. They are quite small about 1"x2"

Update. I found them. It's a game piece from a board game made in 1991 by Avalon hill/sports illustrated called statis pro football
