One of those ebay auctions you kind of scratch your head and wonder (1956 Proof set)
 of 4-17-04 004.jpg)
Saw this 1956 Proof Set in a Capitol Plastic holder sell for $335 + S&H. The obvious 1st thought was T-1 50¢, but the picture shows it quite evidently not a T-1. CAM or DCAM? Not even close. Shill bidding? Good chance after checking the bid history. Any thoughts?
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.

I don't see a type 1 Franklin, DDR cent, or die-dent quarter. I'm thinking shill bidding.
See the special limited edition screws in that holder? Somebody got screwed!
I'd guess the low level of detail on the eagle perhaps led someone to think it was a Type 1, but that's still moon money for one of those. Hoping it's not our forum member that asked about the difference yesterday.
it has since been relisted and sold for $34
