PSA Technical Grading Question

Let's say you send in a card for grading. It has gem mint 10 qualities such as color, corners, borders, and centering. The only flaw is a fairly significant print dot or fisheye on the top of the card.

What kind of technical grade would you expect to receive?

I have had cards come back a PSA 9 with a few fish eyes that were blazers. Everyone's definition of significant is probably slightly different.

    Got a pic?

By the way, in no way am I insinuating that this particular card is gem mint as it is not.

However, I guess the fundamental question is how much do you get penalized for a print dot/fisheye.
