I guess I should check out that collection... although I have had numerous sets of these beautiful coins,
I am now down to AU58's and MS 64's - some with FH... most just nice strikes - only left with my parents'
    birth years: 1917 and 1921.

Ten years ago - I actually had a very well developed set -
and got a #5 All Time Finest Ranking on "With Varieties".

Thanks for the head's up - I'll enjoy viewing this set in person in Ft Lauderdale.

  • I remember your collection(s).

This set has a number of coins that are conservatively graded. The 17-D T1, the 1918 from the Bear Collection, and
the 1923 among others. I probably should have sent some to PCGS for reconsideration.

  • I'm looking for the following Coins for a Customer, I’m a Coin Dealer in Culpeper, VA. He’s just putting sets together and the coins can be AG to VG, just as long as they’re Nice & Readable Dates. These are just a few. Let me know if you can help me out.
    Thanks,
