1960 Topps Don Dillard split personality

I don't recall ever seeing this. I'm sorting my uncle's 1960 Topps collection and when I come to the Don Dillard rookie, the card's front and back have become completely and cleanly separated. I assume it's years of moisture that did it but weird too that it's the only card that's like this.
Anyone else ever have a card do this?
