I would think it would bump to at least 7.5 if you had it reviewed. That is a strong looking PSA 7. If you are looking for an 8 then I would crack and resubmit.
I'd inspect that upper right corner very closely. If the paper is cracked and can be seen with the naked eye, they might knock it down to a 6.5 on a crack/resub.
Very nice card graded many years ago. I would crack and resub or review first, if you're feeling lucky.

Terrific card. Without being able to see in hand, tossup as to whether same, .5 bump, etc. You could always send it in for review in the holder if you want to play it safe.
I just got back a 69 Bench from PSA and it graded an 8. I don't have the best scanner in the world, but here are pictures that may help you make your decision.

Sweet card. If it was recently graded I don't think they will miss the corner again.
It was graded prior to 1/2 grades, so has been at least 8 years. So are you saying leave as is?

Okay that is what I was thinking. What about the white circular line on his mit near top pad?

WTB: PSA 1 - PSA 3 Centered, High Eye Appeal 1950's Mantle
I would submit it for review and see what happens
They call me "Pack the Ripper"
Great card--ignore the number if you're going to keep it (I know, that's tough to do).

Here is my PSA 8 Bench. I would be surprised if you did not get at least a 7.5 on a review. If it were me I would crack and resubmit.
