I pulled a crisp new $20 bill out of an ATM with the Serial number 09996660.
Is this considered a mirror or some such term? Is it worth a premium?

i believe the 666 has to be a 999 then i think it would be considered a mirror note or some such term. in either case i still think you got a nice note.
That's a flipper serial number! Definitely a keeper and worth a small premium over face.
