Do these MS69 Lincolns count towards the contest total?

There is a link on the BS&T board about some new MS69 Lincolns...more coins in this fabulous grade?!?! I forget if the MS69 contest was exclusive to state quarteres or included other denominations, too....

    The contest was strictly state quarters- if you want one on Lincolns you'll have to start a new one!!!
