Hello everyone,
I'm an avid coin collector, and really don't know much at all about currency. My father in law gave me this, and I really don't know anything about it. I don't even know if it's real.
Anyone know anything about this?

Modern reproduction. Sorry, but the crispy brown parchment-type paper is the giveaway. The printed (rather than handwritten) writing confirms that it's a replica.
