Rarity numbers in VAMs are just leroys best guess at the time it was identified. 66A isn't a value added or "list" vam. So you got a solid date roll? Is it paper or plastic tube? And all 20 are vam 66A's?
PCGS won't include VAM 66A, as it's a minor one. It would be unusual for an entire roll to be the same, even if original (i.e., not mixed up after first released and put in a roll), as there was more than one press running. It would be interesting to know if there was another die pair mixed in, and if so, which die pair.

The original bags I saw in the 1960s were usually mixtures of two or three varieties. Probably indicating the number of presses in use on the day the coins were bagged. It was a simple matter for the bag purchaser to roll coins by variety or appearance, but there was also the possibility of random selection yielding 20 pieces of the same variety.
Is that fish?
This is what I have observed with original (as I defined the term above) rolls, as I wasn't around to go through bags in the 60s. For 1902-O knowing a particular variety's litter mates would be of particular interest to one person who has been putting together die marriage charts for the date, and it would temporally correlate parts of his chart.
