Likely no good.
You might want to post pics of the other ones in the lot. Young wrote with a pretty heavy hand, this kind of looks like the work of a noted forger who operated in the 1970s and forged a lot of old Hall of Famers on scraps of old paper using mostly pencil.
I think the fact that it was written on a slab of faded Topps gum circa 1973 is an indication it is bad. (Sorry....couldn't help myself).
In my gut I'd agree with MooseDog. As an amateur observer there seem to be a variety of ways Young signed, and finished his y's and g with loops (not always) -- but the above just seems suspect.
