1996 R&N China Mickey Mantle Topps Reprint Cards

Does anyone know if PSA grades these cards? They were under official license from Topps, so they are legit cards. They are made of porcelain and are really cool. There are even signed versions of some of the Mantle cards.

If I have a 1996 R&N China Mickey Mantle signed card, am I looking at the $40 dual autograph/card authentication fee or the full $100 PSA/DNA authentication fee for Mantle? I would hate for the flip to say "trading card" and for the authentication to cost more if this were an issue that they do not grade.

Please advise and thank you for the help!

Mantle died in 1995 so if you have a 1996 card signed by him I would wonder.

Good point! Signed in 1995 but the set was released in 1996.

That is exactly it! I'm curious that if since the card is licensed, will PSA grade it with the actual card issue notated in a red flip instead of the generic "trading card" blue flip?
