There are a ton Gary Carter items up for auction this weekend -- Gary collected EVERYTHING -- cards, autographs, kept all his awards, etc... I would love to have anything but the 1 item I would love to have is the 1986 World Series last out

Wow, he had a lot of stuff. And so many baseballs. I remember the fight he had with Bill Buckner of the Cubs back in 1982.
Think it is cool that his run of sets is midgrade. I assume he bought them all raw wonder if they were graded posthumous.
W O W! Loads of cool stuff. Love the first HR and hit ball.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Got a chance to hold that ball 11+ years ago
let us know if you win anything!

I have been slow in posting but I received my items from the Carter collection and couldn't be happier! I just used the photos from Heritage because they were way better than mine.
My favorite item, for some reason when I looked through the catalog this was the one I wanted most, at least in my price range:
September 1985 Met of the Month Award
Here are the others I won:
1977 Expos Player of the Year Award
1981 Sports Illustrated Player of the Week Mug
1980 ball Carter hit to drive in his 100th run, first 100 RBI season of his career
1975 All Star Game Player Gift, Gary's 1st All Star Game
Very nice.
I was lucky enough to get the set of baseballs that were signed mostly by hall of famers to Gary
Kid4hof03 that's one heck of a haul! Congrats!
