Question about a PSA case and tampering

Just received this card in the mail and the top right and bottom right have me curious. There are two small area with frosting and a small crack. The top right has the small crack and frosting. The side near the bottom on the right side also has frosting. From what I've seen online, cracked cases look much worse but I wanted to see what people here thought. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
