Thinking about buying modern baseball - Is 2016 Finest BB a good product to rip?

I haven't bought modern baseball to rip in probably 10+ years. Usually I lean towards Chrome, but I see that Topps is having a sale on 2016 Finest. Is this a decent modern baseball product to rip? Can you put together a set from a case or are there really tough short print rookies? How is the 2016 rookie class? Thanks for any advice.
