For the newer cards (1989 griffey, 1989 barry sanders, 1986 barry bonds), it looks like this:
1) BGS 10 (all 10's)
2) BGS 10
3) Bgs 9.5 (two tens, two 9.5's)
4) bgs 9.5 (one 10 and three 9.5's)
5) PSA 10 and bgs 9.5 (all 9.5)
6) bgs 9.5
Is this fair?

I would say it is fair, however, because PSA does not have a pristine category like BGS, their 10 should have an "at least" caveat. There are cards that are in PSA 10 holders that are higher than a BGS 9.5 with all 9.5 subcategory scores.
On a side note. Anyone see this listing? I sure hope two people had a data entry error.

I saw that. At first I thought the Griffey was a black label bgs 10, but once I noticed it wasn't, i figured it was a shilling gone bad.
I would place PSA 10 at #3, just below BGS 10s.
