Live post auction payment (HA, Stacks, etc)

I have purchased around 10 or so coins from HA or Stacks auctions, but never in the live setting. I plan to attend the FUN auction and would hope to bring any purchases home with me.
Post auction, does HA accept a check and hand you the coins? Typically for online purchased where I mail a check, they have to wait for it to clear. How does this work at the post auction pick up? Do you need a cashiers check? Do they only mail the coins later on after the check clears?
I have been through problem free five figure purchases with HA, but I don't have any special privileges as far as I know.

When I buy, it's usually from there online live auction. I never attended it live. I have scooped out the lots I wanted in person at coin shows though.
I would recommend to call Herritage and ask them. See what they can do for you. All the best- I hope you win the coins you want
At the ANA, Heritage would accept credit cards up to $2500 with no extra fee. I think the check at pickup option would depend on the total value of the wins, and maybe compared to your history. You may also be able to "e-check" the money to them from a computer - they should have a couple at lot viewing. I would also ask if they would take green cash.
Bon chance!

This coin would be in the 10-20k range. I have purchased at this level before. Anyone with experience doing this? I'm sure dealers do it all the time.
Call them and ask

Before the auction call them and they can flag your bidder number to pick up at the show. Do it well in advance. Then check again at the show before the lot goes off. If you show up the morning after then coin will likely be gone or packed where the cant get to it.
Call HA Customer Service and make sure you have approved credit at that amount.
I believe they will take your check and hand you your lots at lot pickup. Keep Sales Tax in mind (I don't know FL tax policies).
Edited to add: Sales tax is based on where the lots are delivered to you, not on where you live. That's the reason I mentioned it.
If you are set up with echeck with HA it will probably work......
You can call HA ahead of time if you like, but you don't have to do so. Simply show up for lot pick-up while at the show and allow them to run your check through their security system. This should allow you to pick up the coin, or coins, without issue.

Thanks all. I'll give them a call and post my results
Called HA. With a photo ID they will accept a check and you can walk with
the coins. They use something called "Certegy" to verify you have the funds.
