1929 US $10 bill

this is a old 1929 $10 bill i bought sometime ago, it's right now the oldest bill in my paper money collection right now

    Congrats and thanks for sharing. BTW, despite the date were you aware that many/most of the small FRBNs were released during WWII? Relatively limited numbers were released during the Depression and large quantities of unissued notes were retained by the Treasury. Given the shortages due to the war effort, it was decided to release the remaining stocks as a cost savings measure. By this time, the NBNs and FRBNs were considered as obsolete currency types (altho still redeemable and acceptable at face of course) and these notes had the same official status as an ordinary green seal FRN.
